The data we collect is used solely for the purpose of your treatment and for direct communication regarding treatment or booking matters. This is a legal obligation under the WGBO (Medical Treatment Agreement Act). Your treatment file includes notes on your health status and detailed reports on the examinations and treatments performed.
With your explicit consent, the file may also contain data necessary for your treatment that you have obtained from other healthcare providers, such as a physiotherapist or general practitioner.
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required and do not use your data for marketing purposes. You have the right to request the destruction or specific handling of your data at any time.
As your treating therapist, we have exclusive access to the data in your treatment file. However, the data may also be used for the following purposes:
Should we wish to use your personal data for any other purposes, we will notify you beforehand, explaining the intended use and relevant processing conditions. Where necessary, we will obtain your prior consent before commencing the new processing.
In accordance with the Treatment Agreement Act, your data will be retained digitally for 20 years.
